The parcel is your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse so we strongly advise you to get proof of postage and insure it appropriately.

Acceptance of your Order

Upon submission of your order, your PAYPAL account will be charged for the full value and you will receive a order confirmation email at the email address you provided. Only upon shipment of your order is that confirmation that your order has been accepted. If we decide not to accept your order we will refund your initial form of payment as soon as possible.
Cancellation of your Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items from the time of placing the order up to 7 days after despatch of the delivery. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reason. Order cancellations must be made in email, quoting your order number through our contact us page. If we have already shipped your order you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us within 14 days of despatch. Please do not open any sealed packaging or try on the items. Delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Once we have received the item we will credit your card accordingly.
